Smallville Season Finale: Phantom

Last night's season finally of Smallville was a very full episode.  Though enjoyable, I think that they are going to far in trying to create tension or cliffhangers to keep us guessing.

CW Upfronts: No Veronica

The CW presented upfronts today, and Veronica Mars was sadly missing.  Though they haven't actually cancelled it, by most estimates it is dead.

The Class Cancelled

The CBS upfronts were released, and <i>The Class</i> was sadly misisng from the list of news shows. Granted, this show took some time to hit it’s stride, but it had allot of potential. The cast was amazing, and even the traditional sitcom situations were incredibly funny.

Book Review: Ancestor

What began as an online audio book has become an excellent novel by Scott Sigler. Mad scientists, secret agents, and ex-Military businessmen make this the most thrilling novel I’ve ever read.

The story really keeps you on the edge of your seat. The main characters are all flawed, but sympathetic. They good guys are not actually ‘good guys’, but are worthy of support in the light of the ‘bad guys’. Once I started reading it was difficult to put it down.
